On Wednesday March 27th, writer, filmmaker, and co-founder of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop Curtis Chin will be joining us at 6:30 to discuss his award-winning new memoir, "Everything I Learned, I Learned in a Chinese Restaurant." ⁠

Set against the backdrop of the Reagan era and Chung's, his immigrant family’s restaurant, the book centers around Chin’s experiences growing up queer, Asian, and working-class in Detroit.
