Join us at 7pm on Tuesday, April 1 for an event with Sophie Lewis in conversation with Mytheli Sreenivas at WOSU's Ross Community Center.
Sophie Lewis is an ex-academic feminist living in Philadelphia with several of her kin, including Barnacle the cat. Besides Enemy Feminisms, Sophie's published books include Abolish the Family and Full Surrogacy Now, both of which have been translated into many languages. Mytheli Sreenivas, Ph.D. is the Chair and Designated Professor of Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies at The Ohio State University. She is the author of Wives, Widows, and Concubines: The Conjugal Family Ideal in Colonial India and Reproductive Politics and the Making of Modern India.
